Regulations of Caravan Park

  1. The 2023 Season is from 9am, 1/4/2023 until 4pm, 30/9/2023.  All fees must be paid in full by 31st May 2023.

  2. Owners selling their mobile home must sell it off site.

  3. A special speed limit of 10km/hr is in force at all times on all vehicles entering and driving through the park.

  4. Under no circumstances are “To Let” signs to be displayed on mobile homes. Sub-letting of mobile homes will not be allowed under any circumstances.

  5. The maintenance of your mobile home is obviously your own responsibility. Lynch’s Caravan Park cannot be responsible for repairing any leaks or burst pipes that occur in your mobile home.

  6. Children under 10 years of age must be in their mobile home by 10.30pm.  Children over the age of 10 must be in their mobile home before 12.00 midnight.

  7. Adult Supervision is required for children using the playground.  Electric scooters are not allowed on the park.

  8. The area around each site must be maintained and kept litter free by the owners of each mobile home.

  9. Refuse dumping on any part of the park is strictly forbidden. A Jumbo Bin is provided on the site for this purpose and all refuse should be deposited therein.

  10. With regard to safety, Lynch’s Caravan Park recommends that your mobile home be fitted with fire fighting equipment, ie a Fire Extinguisher and Fire Blanket.  We also recommend the installation of an SF450 EN Honeywell Carbon Monoxide Alarm, available from Flogas Ireland Ltd.

  11. Supervision of children is expected by parents or guardians regarding needless waste of water.  Parents or guardians of children found damaging or defacing property will be liable for the damage done by their children.

  12. Consideration for other people on the site is expected in such matters as keeping radios at a reasonable volume, and banging car doors at night, which may disturb other holiday makers, is also prohibited.  Offensive/abusive behaviour to staff/other holidaymakers is unacceptable and  will not be tolerated.

  13. All mobile home owners must have valid individual insurance cover for their mobile home, this policy must include public liability cover.

  14. In the interest of safety we request that all dogs are kept on short leads at all times.  We are anxious to avoid a situation whereby owners are requested to remove unsupervised or troublesome dogs from the caravan park.  Dog waste must be cleaned up immediately by its owner.  Children constantly play beside all the mobile homes/green areas and having this kind of dirt left behind by an unsupervised dog or an uncaring owner is unhygienic and completely unacceptable.

Owners not complying with any of the foregoing regulations will have their mobile home removed from the site after due notice and without any refund of their site fees.  A detailed breakdown of the conditions of site rental is available by request, and also sent out with annual site fee renewal.

Lynch’s Caravan Park is not responsible for any loss or damage to mobile homes while on the site.  Owners are advised, in their own interest, to take out adequate insurance to cover such loss or damage.  Proper drainage of water at the end of the season from all vans is also advised.
